**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Supervisor to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality client assistance, and maintaining productivity within the department. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve complex issues, and drive team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Lead by Example**: As a Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our customer support team. You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- **Team Leadership**: You will supervise a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to handle complex customer issues.
- **Process Improvement**: You will analyze and improve customer support workflows and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Training and Development**: You will develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest products and services.
- **Performance Management**: You will conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans to improve team performance.
- **Communication**: You will maintain open communication with other departments, ensuring alignment and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- **Employee Scheduling**: You will manage employee scheduling, including time cards, vacation requests, and workload coverage.

**Requirements**

- **Education**: High school degree or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer support, healthcare, or clinical laboratory administration is preferred.
- **Skills**:

**Preferred Qualifications**
