As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients through voice calls and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems, and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
* Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
* Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the team, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer support

**Essential Qualifications**

* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
* 2 years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
* Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fully remote environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional support
* Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g. customer service, technical support)
* Experience working with diverse customer bases, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences
