**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* **Managing customer interaction via inbound calls**: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer**: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
