Our mission is to build the best legal technology products in the world, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the voice of our customers, providing top-notch support via phone, chat, and email to resolve inquiries in a timely manner. You will work closely with our product and development teams to identify bugs, relay feedback, and mitigate client requests and issues professionally.
