**Essential Qualifications**

* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Knowledge of pet products and services, including industry trends and best practices
* Experience with customer service software, including Zendesk or similar platforms
* Certification in customer service or a related field
