**Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

* Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
* Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
* Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome.
* Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest product and service information.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
* Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
* Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help improve our products and services.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
