Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to soft drink fountain machines and other equipment * Performing routine maintenance and repairs on soft drink fountain machines and other equipment * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per arenaflex's standards * Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance * Remain positive, function as a team player, and create excellent customer service-oriented organizations * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude to repair machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field) * Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles * Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and other equipment * Certification in customer service or technical support **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
