**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service and achieving the best resolution for the customer
* Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**
