Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat and Email Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for identifying and servicing the needs of customers who have purchased an extended service plan from careerzynith. You will answer incoming chats and emails from customers who need assistance troubleshooting and servicing a covered product, utilizing your critical and technical thinking skills to provide the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities


Respond to incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers in troubleshooting and servicing covered products, utilizing technical knowledge and critical thinking skills
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat and email logs
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless customer support


Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat and email software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and repair procedures
