Job Overview and Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for engaging with our community of veterinary professionals, providing support and guidance through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary objective will be to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. As a member of our support team, you will work collaboratively to provide an excellent experience, troubleshooting issues, and working cross-functionally to help evolve our platform.

Respond to user inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
Utilize your knowledge of our platform to provide demos and training to users, enhancing their understanding and adoption of our services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, its features, and its applications in the veterinary profession
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support materials to enhance user self-service capabilities


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. A minimum of 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience is required, with a 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year College degree. Experience in chat support is strongly preferred, as is knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms.
