Key Responsibilities
Taking in-bound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocating for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness
Helping consumers understand credit bureau processes and educating them on appropriate steps to request corrections
Receiving customer requests for assistance, identifying support needed, and either providing help or forwarding requests to the appropriate functional area
Utilizing excellent communication skills to interpret and respond to customer requests, and putting yourself in the customer's perspective to deliver personalized support
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)
Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests, with the ability to empathize with customers
Comfort using a computer to perform operations, with basic technical skills and familiarity with software applications
A high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of customer service experience
Flexibility to work remotely, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort with remote training, using your computer's webcam, and participating in video conferencing
Able to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen
