About the Job
As a Customer Support Specialist in our arenaflex team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues and addressing client concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will be expected to come up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, treating each client with respect and following established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to clients
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Develop and implement effective solutions to customer inquiries, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2). Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you excel in your role.
