Provide accurate information, troubleshooting guidance, and step-by-step assistance to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner. Handle complaints with empathy and ensure effective resolution, escalating complex issues to internal teams when necessary. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in our products and services. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate, continually striving to improve our customer support services. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer support, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in email/chat or customer support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent written communication and grammar skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a timely and effective manner. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, ticketing systems, and online chat platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
