**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Multi-Channel Communication**: Connect with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* **Issue Resolution and Escalation**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Request Fulfillment**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Call Tracking and Reporting**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure quality and efficiency.
* **Feedback and Upselling**: Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services when required.
* **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on customer service, communication, or a related field.
* **Proven Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of 25 WPM is required, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
* **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* **Independence and Composure**: The ability to work independently and stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers and respond accordingly.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications/degrees, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
* **Age**: 18 years of age or older.
