**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You will be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending careerzynith's best solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
* Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Understand customer needs and recommend careerzynith's best solutions
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
