**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Resolving customer queries and providing solutions to technical problems

* Managing call center representatives and call performance
* Performing call center follow-up and other call center duties
* Preparing call center performance reports and reporting daily call center stats
* Assisting with supporting call-center and selling services to consumers who call the call center
* Maintaining call center database by entering information on every call
* Providing support for call center agents on escalated calls and providing backup call center management
* Planning for call center technologies and receiving inbound calls from customers
* Impacting call center performance to management and leading an exceptional call center team
* Managing the daily call center operations and resolving inbound customer calls regarding account
* Maintaining call center database by recording call outcomes and disposition
* Defining inbound call readiness state and processing customer transactions in a call center environment

**Requirements and Skills**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Familiarity with the industry is a plus
* Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling tough cases

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
