**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sierra Madre, CA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
