**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in LATAM (4033). As a key member of our customer support squad, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support through chats and tickets
* Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate and informed support
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-volume environment
* Fluency in English writing and speaking
* Experience working with company escalation policies
* Full access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements
* Access to a high-speed and stable internet connection
* A quiet work environment free from distractions
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
