**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our users, providing exceptional support to all users of our platform before, during, and after their event. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration
* Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors
* Helping the event team create content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers
* Supporting all users of the platform with their queries and concerns
* Collaborating with the event team to improve the product and user experience

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A high level of English and any other language will be appreciated!
* Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management
* Experienced and/or interested in tech and events
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
* Service-oriented & empathetic toward clients
* Startup mindset - ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly
* Passionate, proactive, and involved
* Optimistic & calm when under pressure
