As a member of our STAT Team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for customer service and innovation. **Job Summary** We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Service Representative to join our STAT Team in a remote location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to resolve complex issues and provide product education * Resolve routine customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Provide additional customer education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a STAT Team environment * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance * Experience with medical record management and CRM data maintenance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $15 - $25 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Life insurance and short-term disability + 401(k) retirement plan with company match + Paid time off (PTO) and flexible time off (FTO) + Commissions and company bonus where applicable * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment** * Remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Collaborative and dynamic team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development **How to Apply** If you are a customer service enthusiast looking for a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development, we encourage you to apply today!
