Key Responsibilities

Providing assistance with various services, including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more
Working independently to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor
Strong customer service skills, including active listening and multi-tasking
The ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
The ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors required to be fluent in English and Spanish or English and French

A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS

A competitive contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour
The potential to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour
Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and the potential to earn an equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour
