Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales support calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
