Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
Knowledge of customer service software and systems
Ability to work in a Windows or OSX environment
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
