Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
One year of customer service experience preferred, but not essential
Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, with a desktop PC and Windows 8.1 (or higher) or OSX 10.13+ (or later) recommended
Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
Telephone, landline or cell, required for the position
Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and support


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
