**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
* Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Providing expert-level support through clear and concise communication, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; GED acceptable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
* Ability to type at least 25 WPM
* Previous customer support experience (minimum 6 months)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**
