Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
A graduate degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is preferred (travel reservation experience is a plus)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
The ability to listen to customers' needs, analyze their requirements, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations
