Processing refunds, rebookings, and special service requests, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Communicating flight disruptions and providing alternative solutions to affected passengers, ensuring that all customers are informed and supported throughout their travel journey. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met. Staying updated on industry trends and developments, and continuously improving your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are highly desirable. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems. Fluent in English; additional languages are highly advantageous, and a strong asset in supporting our global customer base. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with a strong focus on productivity and performance. Preferred qualifications include: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in the airline or travel industry.
