**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team of Mod Contractors. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phones, tickets, and chats. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance on our clients' products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer support via phones, tickets, and chats
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Answer questions and provide guidance on our clients' products and services
* Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate more complex problems to senior support agents
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with social media and online communities
* Knowledge of customer experience principles and best practices
* Certification in customer service or a related field
