**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

* Providing active listening and support documentation maintenance to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
* Working with confidential customer information to provide recommendations for product and process improvement
* Resolving issues on the first call and ensuring timely follow-up on open customer issues
* Handling and responding to all customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
* Assisting existing clients with account management, billing issues, and product applications

* First call resolution rate: 80% or higher
* Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
* Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* Quality monitoring score: 90% or higher

**Requirements**
