Our innovative approach, combined with our passion for customer-centricity, has made us a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and through our ticketing system * Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, following best practices for ticket resolution * Clarifying customer reasons for support requests * Determining the cause of problems and selecting the best solution * Expediting correction or adjustment * Following up to ensure resolution * Maintaining accurate customer records in HubSpot * Following best practices for documentation in our ticketing system * Contributing to company-wide initiatives, such as adopting new technologies, updating product documentation, and supporting new product launches * Becoming a product expert and providing valuable insights to our Product Management team * Participating in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support outside of standard business hours * Consistently meeting performance metrics and KPIs **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Customer service experience, preferably in a software or healthcare-related environment * Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills * A Bachelor's or Associate's degree, preferably in a related field * A remote work environment that is compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies * Availability to work a standard schedule, with flexibility to participate in our rotating on-call schedule **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Software experience, particularly with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with HubSpot and other customer relationship management (CRM) tools **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and ticketing systems * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to supporting your growth and development.
