Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary, and ensuring that customers receive a positive outcome. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance our service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. You should have proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
