**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a range of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing enthusiastic and compassionate customer service to internal and external customers, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Managing multiple software programs and tools to provide prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through proactive follow-up and communication
* Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations to ensure consistency and quality

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
* Two years of customer service experience, with a focus on payments industry knowledge and bilingual English/Spanish skills
