**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including:

* Providing enthusiastic and professional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Handling escalated issues with compassion and dedication, working closely with other departments to ensure the best possible resolution
* Managing multiple software programs and communicating effectively with internal and external customers
* Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
* Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations

**Required Skills**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies:

* **Communication**: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external customers. Excellent documentation skills, keen comprehension skills, and good composition skills are also essential.
* **Customer Focus**: Ability to listen, empathize, and understand customer concerns, with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
* **Problem Solving**: Take ownership of issues and strive for one-call resolution, with the ability to make quick and accurate judgments and decisions. Strong time management skills, action-oriented and self-disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented are also required.
* **Technology**: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with excellent data entry and documentation skills. Ability to quickly learn and understand new programs and technology, as well as develop a strong knowledge of payments products.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
* Two years of customer service experience preferred
* Knowledge of payments industry a plus
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
