Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets. Manage and prioritize tasks independently, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer support or a related field (not required but preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for resolving customer issues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk, Slack, and JIRA. Familiarity with online platforms and technologies, including ticketing systems and live chat software. Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
