Job Overview
We are looking for two highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You will be working closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, providing timely and effective solutions to our customers' queries. This is a remote online position that offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries
Work closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Utilize excellent organizational skills and task management ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload
Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only)
Take responsibility for your work, working independently with minimal supervision to achieve your goals and objectives


Essential Qualifications

Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively
