Job Overview We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated customer support representatives to join our team. As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and managing your time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. This is a remote online position that offers flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to work 3-4 days a week, including some weekends. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a kind and helpful manner Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively Manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including Sundays (morning only) and rotating weekends Take responsibility for your work, working independently with minimal supervision and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA Experience working in a remote or online environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
