* Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, showcasing effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required.
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary.
