β’ Offer troubleshooting assistance for shipment and tracking-related problems, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
β’ Process customer requests for changes or cancellations, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
β’ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system, using data to inform and improve our customer service processes

**Qualifications**
β’ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
β’ 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
