As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving issues, answering questions, and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
* Document customer conversations during calls using dictation software
* Engage with clients in a way that builds trust, resolves issues, and exceeds expectations
* Offer support and information to customers in accordance with careerzynith's policies and call guidelines
* Perform other duties as requested by management or team leads
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and share best practices
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
* Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
* Basic knowledge working with computers in a work environment
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps/sec up and down
* PC with 6 GB RAM or higher, dual monitors, and a headset with microphone (Windows or Mac compatible)

* Previous customer support experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
