Provide unbelievable customer support to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or baggage services, by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Handle all aspects of check-in and registration, utilizing a modernized retail system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a related field, such as hospitality, retail, or aviation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and technology, including retail systems and customer relationship management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support, call center, or airline industry. Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing, and baggage handling procedures. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
