As a contractor, you'll have access to a variety of exclusive contracts, allowing you to choose from a range of projects that suit your skills and interests. You'll work from home, providing customer service via phone, chat, ticketing, or outbound calls, and earn money by supporting blithequark's clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a blithequark contractor, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark's clients via phone, chat, ticketing, or outbound calls * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences * Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to blithequark * Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and guidelines **Technology and Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements: * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet or satellite internet service is not permitted) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS) **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area **Home Office Locations Not Approved** Please note that the following locations are not approved for home offices: * Alaska * Allenspark, Colorado * California * Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado * Connecticut * Delaware * Denver, Colorado * Edgewater, Colorado * Eldora, Colorado * Eldorado Springs, Colorado * Flagstaff, Arizona * Gold Hill, Colorado * Gunbarrel, Colorado * Hawaii * Hygiene, Colorado * Illinois * Maine * Massachusetts * Maryland * Minneapolis, Minnesota * New Jersey * New York * Niwot, Colorado * Oregon * Rhode Island * St. Paul, Minnesota * Tucson, Arizona * Virginia * Vermont * Washington * Washington DC **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with blithequark. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings.
