Our Media and Entertainment division is responsible for the development, acquisition, management, and distribution of various types of media content and formats, including the delivery of live programming. This position can be assigned to and will work within several different functional areas in this division. **Advancement** We create and execute groundbreaking products and strategies that shape industry standards and improve how audiences experience sports, entertainment, and news. The Media and Entertainment division is responsible for the preparation, acquisition, management, and documentation of various types of media formats and content, including the delivery of live programming. This group also leads innovation activities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. **Content Activities** Our Content Activities division is ultimately responsible for effectively delivering Disney's entertainment and sports content to a huge number of individuals every day. This includes creating, managing, and driving a global content distribution network - the multitude of steps required from taking a settled program/film, or live piece of content, from within blithequark to audiences all over the world, in their preferred language and format. This division also leads innovation activities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Providing exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to blithequark * Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment * Exhibiting a fundamental knowledge of altering strategies on non-linear frameworks * Figuring out complex data and spreading it to relevant workforce in a clear and concise way * Measuring sound and video signals to ensure quality control of blithequark's supported guidelines on all activities using broad knowledge of broadcast techniques * Investigating and effectively documenting any critical developments and/or issues * Participating in training programs, both physical and virtual, for self-professional development as well as in regards to any applicable equipment and work process changes within the role * May participate in training others in functional areas and produce training documentation * Figuring out Shut Subtitling frameworks and related work processes * Working together with Innovation groups to improve existing applications * Giving decisive reasoning to everyday tasks * Acquiring and acquiring advanced skills in various functional areas to best work with the coordination of tasks **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2 years' practical TV production experience at the major market or organization level * Ability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays * Adaptability to adjust shifts/days off and stay at work longer than required to accommodate projects and departmental targets * Should exhibit ability to perform tasks under close deadlines, work independently, and perform on concurrent activities * Ability to function as part of a team dynamic * Fantastic communication skills are a must * Amazing hierarchical, proficiency, and IT skills are expected to design abilities * Should be willing and ready to adjust to a continually evolving climate * Up-and-coming candidates should have a good PC foundation (Viewpoint, Word, Excel, etc...) and solid communication skills * Secondary School Certificate or Same **Preferred Qualifications** * Active foundation in a live production climate, temporary job, or comparable educational experience * Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing frameworks like Quantel * Comprehension of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding frameworks, and document designs **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work independently.
