**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative on our Live Chat Support team, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions, ensuring a positive and empathetic interaction with members to enhance their overall experience.
* Assisting members with inquiries related to account management, billing, and technical issues, and troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
* Staying up-to-date with careerzynith content and service updates to provide accurate information to members.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Engaging with careerzynith members in real-time through live chat to address their questions and concerns.
* Utilizing a knowledge base to provide accurate and timely information.
* Working independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
