**The Role**

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) and provide concise information to customers
* Provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, and offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving
* Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison who will convey the information to other departments
* Complete training on our customer support systems, policies, and procedures
* Engage with on-the-job training opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services

**Qualifications**

* A love for customers and their experience with a product
* Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
* Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
* Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to work weekends if needed
