**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a live chat and phone support representative. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat, resolving customer service inquiries, and offering real-time problem-solving solutions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) and provide concise information to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, and offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving solutions.
* Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison who will convey the information to other departments, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services.
* Complete training on our customer support ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
* Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve customer support metrics.
* Integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience, such as AI, chat, and self-serve portals.

**Essential Qualifications**

* A love for customers and their experience with our product
* Analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
* Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
* Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, chat, self-serve portals)

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
