Job Overview Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through live chat interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to member inquiries and issues. Assist members with account management, billing, and technical issues, utilizing a knowledge base to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex issues to cross-functional teams when necessary.
