**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our clients, helping them find and purchase their ideal home products. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Handling inbound sales calls, with an average of 40 calls per day, depending on your shift
* Providing product information and recommendations to clients, both on and off the careerzynith website
* Collaborating with product providers to gather additional information and resolve client inquiries
* Following the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, expectation management, and upselling opportunities
* Analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling or cross-selling
* Staying up-to-date with product information, sales strategies, and company policies through email or the chat channel
* Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Participating in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture

* Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think systematically in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment

* The ability to work in a virtual environment, with a high level of comfort using technology and software applications
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems
* Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
