**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Addressing customer concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
* Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to track trends and improve our processes
* Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and subscription plans to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Adapting to changing customer needs and preferences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
* Three+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the entertainment industry or a related field
* Knowledge of streaming services and technical issues related to streaming
* Experience with content management systems and other technical tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., PMP, CSM)
* Experience working in a multicultural or international environment
