**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Resolving common questions and issues related to our products and services
* De-escalating challenging situations and providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses
* Collaborating with other team members and leadership to improve processes, procedures, and training
* Welcoming change and adapting positively to internal and external changes
* Building rapport with internal and external parties to provide an excellent customer experience
* Proactively contacting customers and merchants to address issues and prevent escalations
* Completing assigned learning and actively participating in learning sessions
* Performing other duties as assigned by leadership

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and independently
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Bilingual - Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal)
* Ability to consistently meet expectations in an ever-changing environment
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience in the payments or financial services industry
* Knowledge of B2B payments and invoicing
* Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
* Certification in customer support or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
