**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
* Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets, as well as booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
* Rebooking passengers on overbooked flights and during irregular operations, and assisting with check-in and seat assignments
* Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing at ticket counters, as well as clearing and verifying international documents at kiosks and activation stations
* Accepting and activating passengers' self-tagged bags at activation stations, and assisting customers needing special assistance or in-station
* Performing customer service tasks related to the management of regional flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or contracts
* Maintaining a regular and predictable presence on the premises, including meeting any overtime requirements that are required
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED or international equivalent
* Bilingual language skills required in some locations
* A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* The ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* The ability to secure travel documents, such as passports and visas, as required
